Dissociation energy for compound
« on: December 04, 2009, 11:31:31 AM »
Friends,

I'm trying to calculate dissociation energy of HfO2 and WO2. When I get the result for HfO2 and WO2, I calculate dissociation energy for SiO2, which is 424 kcal/mol (data from literature) to compare. But it is not giving the same result for SiO2 by my way of calculation. Can you help me out, please? Thanks, Java
