Who makes the best GC/MS/MS

I'm doing some browsing and I wanted to know the board's opinion on who makes the best GC/MS/MS for education and research?

Let me be more specific...

Ion Trap GC/MS/MS...

Between:

Varian, Agilent, and ThermoFisher.

And

If anybody has been quoted an orbitrap, about how much do they go for?

Sorry, I am not familiar with ion trap GC/MS/MS. But I am familar with GC/MS and I prefer Agilent.  Also you will see some older models say HP (Hewlett Packard) which Agilent took over. 

Experience: 3 years working in a substance abuse testing forensic lab with 18 GC/MS instruments.
