Silicon Composition

I am trying to determine the elements and chemical composition by weight of raw silicon??. We have an object that was tested by a X-ray Fluorescene Spectrometer and the result was unclear as to what this metal is. We believe it might be raw silicon but need more info on raw silicon.

Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
