Cyanide from Potassium ferricyanide

Hello I need to calculate the concentration cyanide out of Potassium ferricyanide.

Molar Mass CN = 26.02 g/mol
Molar mass 6 * CN = 156.10 g/mol
Molar Mass K3[Fe(CN)6] = 329.24 g/mol

For example if I want to have a 200 ppm (mg/l) CN solution is the following calculation right?

200 * 329.24/156.10 = 421.83 mg K3[Fe(CN)6]

Is this the right way to calculate this?

This is quite stable complex and it doesn't dissociate too far. You need Kf and pH for reasonable estimate.

Assuming that the pH is low (<1), and it totally dissociates.

With these assumptions number you have calculated seems to be correct. It has nothing to do with reality.

Why has it got nothing to do with reality? I am curious how you can fully break down the Potassium ferricyanide. I think low pH and boiling would be the best.

Can you purpose a calculation about how Potassium ferricyanide will dissociate?
