peroxy phosphate ?

There is persulfate anion S2O8  (2-).

Does anyone know if there exists a peroxy phosphate anion ?

thanks.   one of the chem bibles I cherish mentions peroxypolyphosphoric acid only briefly, and no salts but presumably there should be some that are stable, at the very least in some solution or other.   I wonder whether prep is as simple as adding phosphate to peroxide.  These materials are mentioned in the patent literature, but I havent found a prep method yet.  I'll check the links you sent, maybe there is something in there.
