Sphinganine and Sphingosine

i working on Sphinganine and sphingosine enzymes, i would like to ask if some one have an idea about these two enzymes are  presented  naturally in the human budy or resulting fro other bio reaction ?

Sphinganine and Sphingosine are not enzymes, the are members of the class of sphingolipids. An enzyme will inevitably have the suffix -ase at the end of its name.

There are also various enzymes that use the spingolipids in reactions they catalyse (aldolase, kinase etc) perhaps you mean one one of those?
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
