Do anyone find Marshall & Swift Installed Equipment Index (for process industry, average) in 1st quarter, 2nd quarter and 3rd quarter of 2004? Since I only can find the fourth quarter of 2004, the value is 1245.4.

My lecture notes says that they can be found from a Journal called "Chemical Engineering" under the subtitle of "Economic indicators". But I fail to find them in www.che.com. I hope somone in foreign university may help me much. If really no one can help me, thanks anyway since I will find another way!
