i have some questions,does PGA(poly glutamic acid ) dissolves in organic solvents?and which organic solvent can be used in order to dissolves PGA?

this really depends on the size dispersion of the PGA.  It will likely go into DMSO, or methanol, but will prefer water most.  If it is above a cerain size, it won't go into much.  You can dialize the material, and do a solubility study if you have it in water.
