Nitroblue Tetrazolium
« on: February 09, 2010, 02:23:15 AM »
Hi,
I don't know if this question might seem a little retarded, but I will be doing a lab with the enzyme LDH and doing some tetrazolium spotting. I know that LDH catalizes the reaction so that the tetrazolium substrate will become blue in the presence of LDH. My question is, how is spotting done? Is it in an actual spotting plate like TLC???
Thanks!
