Enthalpy Question Help

I would appretiate some help on this question such as which equasion to use

Calculate the reaction enthalpy for the process:

½ N2 + 3/2H2 = NH3at a temperature of 700 K, given the following information:
(i) for NH3 (g), (delta H of formation) (298.15 K) = -46.11 kJ mol-1

I think you might be looking for this formula.
