Glycolic acid polymerize?

 hi :)
chloroacetic acid hydrolyze in the basic condition,then we get Glycolic acid.however,i do not know whether Glycolic acid polymerize under the acid condition?i also wanna the process of the hydrolysis.thank you!

Glycolic acid will not polymerize in acidic condition. It is quite stable molecule.

Glycolic acid will not polymerize in acidic condition. It is quite stable molecule.
