Anyone know how to get KMnO4, out of K2MnO4? aka get Permanganate out of Manganate

How about some electrochemistry?

MnO4 + e ⇌ MnO42–    Standard voltage: 0.558V

well i was thinking more along the line of extracting crystals from a manganate solution by using chemicals. Ive done it by mixing the solution with NaClO but i would like to know if there's a more efficient way or a way to get a better yield. so far i've been able to extract about steady 27% on the first go.
