H3PO2 + NaOH  :rarrow: NaH2PO2 + H20

Just wondering is the salt formed during the neutralisation of hypophosphorus acid with sodium hydroxide is sodium hypophosphate? Is there other products?

I think those are the only products.

It depends on how much NaOH is added.  If there is an excess of NaOH over H3PO2, then you'll see species like Na2HPO2 and Na3PO2.
