Preparin Sodium bicarbonate buffer 0.1 -0.2 M Ph: 8.3

Good day
Does anyone know how I can prepare 0.1-0.2 M Sodium bicarbonate buffer pH:8.3?
I used buffer maker sofware and I did not get any answer, I think I entered data not properly, (I am not familiar with this software)

Sounds like s/he just tried Buffer Maker, not knowing anything about buffers. 8.3 is perfectly selected to not fit neither pKa1 nor pKa2 of carbonic acid.
