sulphuric acid %

Hi All

I need to know how i could get a 33% Sulphuric acid down to 5%?
Would i have to dilute with water and if so how many ml sulphuric acid to 100ml water ?

Densities 1.25 and 1,035 respectively. Try calculations

thanks , i am unsure of what this means ? i have never studies chemistry this acid is going to be used for developing a photo `
