do liquid junction potential  potential exist in galvanic cell in the same solution ?

 i mean when i immerse two different metals in same solution with no separation between them (no diaphragm ,.)?

metals are too dense to provide any kind of motion in solution. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liquid_junction_potential
