The new academic year has started and from what I can tell we are getting an increasing flux of students coming in. I've created the new accolades page you can find to your left as well as a common organic abbreviations page you can find to your left and I've added a bunch more structures in the chemical structures page link to your left. Most importantly, I've updated the Forum Policy threads in all the academic forums. Please familiarize yourself with them, but they are not new in as much as they are better defined. Enjoy the coming academic year and do what you need to keep yourself sane.

Talking about the new academic year, I am so glad that I have been selected to be part of the popular fine chemicals stream of my chemical engineering course. The intake is only 10/year. LOL. This means half my lectures in the new academic year onwards will be at the chemistry department.

I think I will post more questions in the organic chemistry section and will be more qualified to answer all the complex organic chemistry questions posted in the organic chemistry section.

LOL. I am so happy!!!!!!

Employees should do one thing: walk over there and you step on the friggin snake." - Jean-Pierre Garnier, CEO of Glaxosmithkline, June 2006
