hi everyone  my mate has made a mistake at work wich will cost 10s of thousands to have cleand out of the tank

he has mixed 75% phosphoric acid with 32% caustic soda and it has turned to jelly wich cant be pumped out of the tank as it is too thick  is there any way of turning it back into a liquid so that it can be pumped out of the tank

thanks in advance
