Help With Color Changing Shirt

Hello Everyone, I was wondering what chemical can i use to soak a T-Shirt in , that would allow it to change colors in the rain? Any help with this is greatly appreciated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can think of only one thing. Soak your T shirt in blue litmus solution. On coming in contact with rain water (which is acidic in nature due to polluted environment), the T shirt will turn red. Well, I haven't tried it. But if it works then do inform me.
