fatty alcohole

i have c9 n deconal fatty alcohole
it is not water soluble
i want to make it water soluble
so which emulsifier can i add in c9 n deconal fatty alcohole ,so finished products will be in water soluble

Are you saying that you have pelargonic alcohol (1-nonanol)?

So if you use ethanol, you should know that is very water soluble as well.
 
You can ask emulsifier producers for further help if ethanol doesn't work as needed.

You can try any detergent. Before you do so, be sure that the surfactant you use is compatible with what you are trying to achieve.
