possible formula for HCL dissolved in water leading to ionic.

HCL(G)--> H^+(aq) + Cl^_(aq)

possible equation? is that correct I've seen it like that before.

When Hydrogen Chloride is dissolved in water it dissociates into ions.

HCl  :rarrow: H3O+ + Cl-

Your equation isnt wrong but this is the TRUE equation behind the chemistry.

I think it should be HCl(l) instead of HCl (g).

No, it should be HCl(g), liquid HCl boils at -85 deg C.
