I just need to know what Molecular dynamics tool to be used to calculate Van der waal interaction between two capped ends of nanotube. I searched the net and I was frustated because most of tools are saying that they are for biomolecules. Can anyone help me in selecting the tool so that I can compute the force. I would be more happy if the tool is a freeware.
