Compound of Hydrous titanium dioxide & potassium permanganate

Hey!

Could you please help me with combining there two Nanocrystalline Hydrous titanium dioxide (a powder) & Potassium permanganate. Both are known to public and relatively easy to purchase.

Please write a formula down and please explain to me what happens when you combine these two in deionized water.
