weinreb amide ketone preparation??

what is the ideal condition while preparation of ketone by using weinreb amide??
my meaning is addition of weinreb amide to grignard is more favourable or addition of
grignard to weinreb amide??
which way will give ketone ??

Add the grignard to the amide.

do you know why that is better than adding the amide to a solution of grignard reagent?

Probably to avoid over addition product.
