right now id like to start by studying the organic part of chem. can u please tell me of sites or forums or some kinda online sites where i can get help and quizzes or tests

I would recommend Khan Academy to begin; http://www.khanacademy.org/#Organic%20Chemistry

Used bookstores are also great for finding very inexpensive textbooks or review/study guides.
I'm still learning - always check my work/answer.

just google it with the topic's name followd by word "questions"

You'll get some good questions on probably first page.
Chemistry is a subject in which even the Professor can get confused at any time.

I would suggest enrolling in some kind of course, unless you are fixed on being auto didactic.
