Where to get mineql3.0

Hello I am a graduate student in Chemical Engineering and I need a software for metal speciation.

I have minteq but it doesn't have all of the species that I need especially organic acids.

Mineql is great and version 3.0 was used to be free for download but not anymore.

Is there any other way I can get it?Or is there anyway who happen to have this software and can send it to me?
