labs to estimate enzyme inhibitory activity

I have synthesized chemical compounds as inhibitors of CDK enzyme and I want to examine their effect on the enzyme can anyone tell me about a lab in USA or Euroupe that can perform this test for me

Check out the Contract research Labs such as Huntingdon, Charles River Labs, Covance etc.
