Hello All!

I'm new here, so bear with me if you believe I could be more to the point.

I authored an invention last year that uses betavoltaic effect of tritium, or other beta-emitting isotope, to produce electric energy. If you are familiar with betavoltaic effect, the new feature in this invention is that it uses a weak x-ray to facilitate absorbtion of released beta particle by the p-n junction of the semiconductor element.

Anyway, there's a conceptual drawing of the device that you may check out at http://www.visualdatasynthesis.com/tpo.html

Hope you, people, find it interesting and fun!

Sergei.
