alkenes Carbon composition

why does alkenes always have a constant  percentage of Carbon(85.7%) in all its compunds? what is the concept behind this?
 how abt the percentage composition in alkanes and alkynes? do they have the same C % too as alkenes?

It comes as a simple percentage of Cn in the general formula CnH2n.
