Hello,

I'm looking to prepare an in vitro solution documented in biomedical journal articles.   One article specifies a 15 ml solution of 1.63 M H202 and 0.05 M CoCl2; with a final solution pH equal to approximately 5.0. 

From 30% w/w hydrogen peroxide, 9.79 M; I was able to mix 100 ml of 1.63 M H2O2. 

I have 4 ml(s) of 0.1 M CoCl2; which for evaluation purposes, I would prefer not to dilute to 0.05 M. 

My chemistry is not that strong, so I'm hoping for help with the following:

1.  How much of each, H2O2 & CoCl2, should I mix to obtain 15 ml
2.  Is the CoCl2 I have available sufficient, or should I order more? 
3.  Do I mix the H2O2 into the CoCl2 or CoCl2 into H2O2? 
4.  Due to the fact both material available are aqueous, is it okay to mix at room temperature?
