I need to develop an assay to monitor the activity of methionine trans aminase enzyme. This Enzyme is cytosolic and can be coupled with another enzyme glutamate dehydrogenase to monitor the activity.
Does anyone have any idea of such assays and is yes then does it involve HPLC or GC ?
