Factors that affect K in equilibrium?

Out of these factors, which ones change the value of K?
Volume
Pressure
Temperature
Initial concentration
Chemical equation

This was from an online review and they only gave a number (2) but I thought it was 3: Temperature, volume and pressure. Doesn't changing volume also change pressure thereby changing k, leading to a change in K?

K is only affected by temperature.

Actually, pressure also affects K because if pressure was increased, the reaction would shift to the side with less molecules until equilibrium is reached.

K is indeed Temp dependent (van ;t Hoff relation)

Kp is also pressure dependent (in case of non-ideal gas / non gaseous matter)

this is not a change in Kp, but a change in reactant and product mixture (le Chatelier's principle)
