Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
3. Forum Supports LaTex

You mean an introductory level book?
Yes.

This one is a little bit older, I don't know whether my university bookstore will have it in the list. (It was already borrowed.)

My course outline:

1. Background of the Quantum Theory

2. Postulates of Quantum Mechanics
i) Operatiors and eigenvalue equations
ii) Hermitian Operators
iii) Commutation relations and other definitions
iv) Probability of a measurment
v) Particle in a box

3. Angular momentum

4. Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle

5. Applications of the Postulates to different systems
i) Particle in a 3D box
ii) Harmonic oscillator
iii) Rigid rotator
iv) Hydrogen atom
..

1. Introduction to Quantum Mechanics in Chemistry, Mark A. Ratner, George C. Schatz

2. Introduction to Quantum Mechanics, With Applications to Chemistry, Linus Carl, Pauling

3. Introduction to Quantum Chemistry, Clifford E. Dykstra

4. Introduction to Quantum Mechanics : in Chemistry, Materials Science, and Biology, Sy M. Blinder

Which one is better?

how about "Quantum Chemistry" by Donald McQuarrie?
"Say you're in a [chemical] plant and there's a snake on the floor. What are you going to do? Call a consultant? Get a meeting together to talk about which color is the snake? Employees should do one thing: walk over there and you step on the friggin snake." - Jean-Pierre Garnier, CEO of Glaxosmithkline, June 2006
