Hi
I suggest you this following synthesis:
First step standart reduction of NO2 group with Zn/HCl p-nitrobenzyl bromide to p-aminophenyl bromide and next step diazotation of this with NaNO2/HCl to its diazonium cloride salt next Zandmayer synthesis with catalitic amount of CuCl with heatin to obtain the desired product
