weigh 95g of pure water.
weigh 5g NaCl.
dissolve.

At about 20 percent ethanol by weight with the same conditions

come on, you should be able to figure that out, else you are really in the wrong field.

20% ethanol by weight in water. Look how I answered the 5% rocksalt by weight and then reason what that means for your ethanol one
