what is the difference between acid and alkali when they are used for household?

for example, why window cleaner and toilet cleaner have to contain acid

while oven cleaner does not? (This is a M.C. question without explanation)

on the other hand, I remember that there are window cleaner that contains

Ammonia, which is an alkali. Why?

By the way, we know that both strong acid and strong alkali are corrosive. But why

alkali usually are not suggested to fill with the burette during an acid-alkali titration?

Thank you!
