Woot! Welcome to the club!
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
3. Forum Supports LaTex

No, at least one doesn't even have BSc.

Make that two without BSc or PhD...

Congrats there. What was the topic of your dissertation?

The title was "Electron and Molecular Dynamics: Penning Ionization and Molecular Charge Transport"

The first few chapters discussed the research I did with my previous advisor on the Penning ionization of amides by metastable noble gases.  I also did some RRKM and quantum chemistry calculations.  The rest was on my current research; I am doing Monte Carlo simulations and quantum chemistry calculations to study charge transport in organic materials.

Man, how do you explain that to non-chemists? ;D

Even as a chemist I had to read that a few times :P
