H2O boiling point is 100°C
H2SO4 boiling point is 337 °C
So water will evaporate first and then sulfuric acid.
There are 2 ways to know where to stop boiling:
1) measure volume ex. if you have 33% sulfuric acid then if you are boiling 100ml then stop when approximately 67ml boils off.
2) measure the temperature of the liquid while boiling and stop when temp is rising above 100°C.
I know you figure out this but i write just in case...
BTW don't use it to nitrate glycerin its too messy
