Redox half equation (h202 and hocl)

Hi all, I have a redox question that's been puzzling me. For the equation, i saw online that it should be
HOCl + H2O2----> HCl + O2 + H20
but I'm not getting that, as there is no equation given that shows formation of HCl. Thanks, the question is below.. i will try to figure it out in the meantime:

You are given the half-reactions, all you have to do is combine and balance them. If HOCl acts as an oxidizing agent, then H2O2 must be a...?
