This issue with that sort of reaction is that it is hard to get molecules to react in the air.
As gas. I'm talking about the case when we cut onions. When we cut them the sulfenic acids combine with the enzymes and gives out the gas. Which when get in contact with water in our eyes forms sulfuric acid. I need to interrupt this phenomenon somewhere.
