What does 2-naphthol + NaOH produce?

I'm guessing it just produces the Na salt of 2-naphthol and water. NaOH being the base and 2-naphthol being the acid, it's just a simple acid-base reaction, I guess...

2-napthol  has acidic H on OH group which can react with base NaOH .
