Hi, can anyone give some guidance on the typical and or safe ratio of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate to Water in common household products such as shampoos, hand wash etc. My plan is to order Sodium Lauryl Surfate in bulk and make my own shampoo.

Such things are likely trade secrets.  However, you may be able to Google for the general amounts.  Do try to get it right -- strong SLS is irritating.  And weighing out the dry powder is a bit difficult -- it flies everywhere, and irritates the nose and throat, so do wear a powder mask while formulating.

Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.
