Generating a SALC

Generate the SALC of Fσ orbitals for [BF4]- and SF6. Irreducible representation of Fσ orbitals in [BF4]- is Γ = A1 + T2, while in SF6 is Γ = 3 T1u + T1g + A1g + Eg + T2g + T2u. (Bring all the steps, no references to books, please).
