Example

This is Dextro-Amphetamine, a popular ingredient in many ADHD Medications, such as Adderall

This is Levo-Amphetamine, an ingredient in Adderall aswell

What does the image mean? I just see a hexagon with some more lines and squiggles... etc.

WHAT are the differences, I see the differences between images,
but what does that black triangle VS those 5 lines followed by CH3 imply?

mirror image is the image of the molecule as you see the molecule in a mirror .
A----B----C     mirror image will be C-----B-----A
Mirror images are for chiral molecules are enatiomers.

One of them has a CH3 written and the other doesn't but the other also has a CH3 (implied because it is a terminating line).
The dark triangle means it is out of the paper (pointing to you) while the other case means it is away from you.

That might cause the 2 different compounds to have different characteristics.
