What factors affect on electroplating?

Hi  :D

I need information about what effect on electroplating

I already know some like temperature , concentration and so on

but I need some details like how they effect on the process of electroplate

& if you can mention the reference

Read about electrochemistry. A good place to start is here.

A more precise question will surely harvest more answers.

This is a complete job, long to learn, and with no good theory.

In case you have something precise to do, ask a company to make it for you, or the result will be bad.
