I'm just curious to know if somebody know the pH of the Omega-3 fatty acids.

pH is a property of a solution not a molecule.  It's very well posible you could have a solution of omega-3 fatty acids at a pH of 12 or 1 depending on the conditions.  However, the pKa of omega-3 fatty acids is probably around 4-5.
