density

a sample is dissolve in aqua rega 3parts hcl to 1 part hno3.the density of hcl is 1.49 and hno3 is 1.42. once sample is dissolve it is made up to 100 ml flask with h20 or it is made up to 100grams.
does both procedures end up with the same concentration.
If it was mostly h20 it would be easier to understand.

Basically the question asks if the density of the solution prepared is 1 g/mL. And the answer is obvious.
