Borek Promotion to Forum Community Organizer

Borek has kindly agreed to become the new Forum Community Organizer for Chemical Forums. What this means for the workings of the website are as follows. Borek will still have the title of administrator along with me, but all other admins will be demoted to inactive or global moderator status. Borek is now in charge of all moderator promotions. He will manage forum policy decisions and nurture this forum back to a tighter community. I will still be responsible for the maintenance of the forum code and server, but my main focus will be on the technical side. I hope this will help Chemical Forums to continue being the brightest spot in the online chemical education community.
