Handbook listing organic chemical reactions

Can anyone recommend a book listing as many organic reactions, so that it is possible in an exam situation to look just about any rection up to get help on how it works?

Look out for name reaction books. There are several on the market.

The Merck Index does a pretty good job.  Do an internet search on "organic name reactions" AND "merck index"; I'm pretty sure you'll find good resources
