Hey Mitch, whenever I get around to redoing my webpage, I'm going to add a link to here.  Is it ok if I use the picture up top?

Of course you can.
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
3. Forum Supports LaTex

Rayan, you have to get a website to link to us, not post a site that already links to us. Murov's website has linked to us for some time now.

Sorry about that, I misread the first post  :-[

I have added a link to my blog, but don't I expect anything for it as I screwed up the first time.

Thanks and done. :)

When you get a chance can you change the link on your blog from http://chemicalforums.com to http://www.chemicalforums.com . I know it may seem silly, but it is rather important for the search engines to see the www.

The link can be found at http://www.glue.umd.edu/~ahussey/UsefulLinks.html under Chemistry.  I don't forsee too many hits because I'm using the domain for posting lab information/resources.  On that note, "DNA Analyst" sounds like a decent title for the time being.

Does google or other search engines 'see' a website that forwards automatically to chemicalforums?
eg. would www. williamcornforth.com, www. williamcornforth.co.uk, www. willcornforth.com, www. willcornforth.co.uk count?

As of now listing these links here (even if they forward back to chemicalforums) is beneficiary only for you. As log as there is no content and no anchor texts, forwards doesn't help cheicalforums. Besides, for SE site that just forwards doesn't exist. SEs feed on content, not on headers.

I can't decide whether I should edit your post to remove url tags or not.

Edit: looks like I can't force forums to NOT add url tags even in my own post :( All I can do is to add space after www.
